BRAD MELTZER, PRESIDENT
Mr. Meltzer offers over twenty years of professional
construction experience, for both new and modernized
facilities. His architectural schooling paired with his vast construction background gives him a unique perspective when crafting projects. Brad’s hands-on experience includes projects requiring critical advanced planning, difficult staging and logistics,
fast track schedules, and maintenance of on-going operations. He provides creative and innovated
solutions and leadership on every project, successfully meeting clients’ goals with the highest level of quality.
Mr. Meltzer holds a Masters of Architecture Degree from Tulane University School of Architecture and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. |
RON KATZ, CEO
Mr. Katz offers over twenty years of professional construction experience. He brings to KM/Plaza a vast degree of knowledge and experience as a builder. His extensive understanding of detail and coordination is reflected in the high quality of KM/Plaza’s projects as they move from inception to completion. His knowledge of logistics, manpower coordination, scheduling and finish materials has earned him a highly respected reputation among industry insiders.
Mr. Katz is in charge of project operations at KM/Plaza, supervising a weekly walk thru of every KM/Plaza project. Mr. Katz has overseen projects locally
here in South Florida, around the United States and the Caribbean. |
RICHARD WOOD, CHAIRMAN
Plaza’s President, Richard Wood, began his career with Fisher Brothers in 1979 as apprentice to General
Superintendent Sal Fino, widely acknowledged as one of New York’s great builders. Mr. Wood has been a field superintendent, general superintendent, and project executive on a variety of projects exceeding 20 million square feet of new building construction, interior renovations, and sophisticated infrastructure
upgrades. He became the company’s president in 1998.
This intensive experience is an enormous asset to the company’s clients, as Mr. Wood appreciates the intricate process of construction, knows the sub-contractor community in depth, and understands the financial and strategic issues of the business in a manner unique among construction industry executives.
Through these qualities, he is able to guide clients in dealing with complex projects and realizing their strategic visions. |
