Designed by Behar Font and Partners, this 17,000 square foot shopping plaza fronts Miami’s famous Old Cutler Road.  Sitework proved to be critical for this project, as the existing site had never been developed.  Two new County roads were constructed and site utilities were connected across Old Cutler Road.
