Located on Harbour Island in North Bay Village, FL., Space01 is a 54 unit, loft style, 15 story condominium project developed by Cambridge Development. The Miami based, Oppenheim Architect & Design designed the building with working drawings by Kobi Karp Architecture. The project includes a roof-top pool, pavillion & gardens, and fitness center. Individual units include a water view spa in the center of the living space. This project featured complex artistic features such as “flyers” and an ornamental metal cage that surrounds the northern most staircase. Logitics and coordination proved to be critical on this site.
