This beach front residence with magnificent views of the ocean and city of Miami is a prime example of the trust and confidence that KM/Plaza instills in all of its interior residential clients.  Understanding our client’s desires and expectations enables our interiors project management staff to recommend and suggest ideas.  In this project a sleek and modern soffit was designed with a hidden LED strip light highlighting this element.  This soffit was beneficial to the client as it did not obstruct the ocean view, added a design element, housed recessed speakers, provided additional lighting, and concealed the bracketing system for the motorized window shades.  Imported Travertine floors were laid out ensuring a flow in the natural grain of the stone, and the preplanning is evident in the final butt-joint installation.  The master closet was partially renovated into an audio/video closet concealing all A/V equipment which is easily controlled with a programmed touch-screen universal remote. Additional storage was provided in the form a custom designed and installed wall unit at the foyer, which was then pre-finished to match the final paint color of the walls.  Imported bamboo floors, recessed lighting layout, and owner inspired custom closets complete the unit.
