This art deco inspired beach front retreat was a fast track project per the request of the owner and was delivered on time with a level of quality which has since redefined the owner’s definition of “high-end interior renovation”.  From the carefully butt-joint installed Italian porcelain tile through out the entire unit interiors; to the seamlessly installed organic natural keystone on the balconies, the consistent attention to detail is evident.  Custom wood bi-fold doors transform a once open space to a private office.  As with all KM/Plaza residential interior renovation projects, our clients develop trust and confidence in our skilled project management staff from the initial planning of the project, which is evident, in the lighting layout, dimming system, personalized closets, and client tailored audio/video package in each room.  Custom fit and motorized “Hunter Douglas Luminette series privacy sheers” assist in controlling the level of thermal comfort in the unit as they luxuriously cover the glass perimeter.
