This project is an example of the client relationship that KM/Plaza strives to build on all interior residential projects.  From the first meeting, KM/Plaza understood the direction of the client and facilitated a minimalist build-out per their input.  A modern soffit was constructed with a hidden LED strip light to accent the soffit.  This soffit was beneficial to the client as it did not obstruct the city view, added a modern design element, housed recessed speakers, provided additional lighting, and concealed the bracketing system for the window roller shades. Pre-finished white stained oak floors were carefully installed through out the interior of the unit, with matching wood inspired porcelain tile on the balcony. Custom closets, redesigned recessed lighting layout, dimming system, and roller sun shades completed the project.
