Both of the these interior projects
were built simultaneously
on the 11th floor at 150
Alhambra Circle in Coral
Gables. The challenge here
was to complete two distinct
projects with different architectural
firms within one
scheduled time frame. Strong
communication and on-site
meetings with the landlord,
architects and end-users
proved to be the successful
project component. Each space
is considered a class "A" office
environment and both firms are
truly pleased with their new
office confines.
