HSBC Bank's new 63,000
square foot office facility, in
the new Four Seasons Office
Tower, was designed by local
architect Ray Feito, principal
of Architectural Design
Collaborative. This project
includes offices, conference
centers, a banking center, and
high-end reception area.
This project was a complete
team effort taking only 12
weeks to build out. Our staff
along with Owner's representative
Glenn Olson of the
Olson Group managed the
schedule to provide the owner
with an on time project delivery and a within budget final cost.
