This project was the second project for the International spa management firm Steiner Leisure.  This build out, very different from the first (build out of Elemis Spa), was for their corporate headquarters in Coral Gables, FL.  This project was performed while Steiner Leisure still occupied their office space.  Supervisory and project management staff worked very closely with Steiner to make the transition a smooth one.  Steiner not only moved into the new space on time but, never needed to cease business operations.  Designed by Slack Alvarez of Miami this space now provides Steiner with the facility they needed to continue their corporate growth without having to move out of their existing facility.
