This project was constructed for Swire Properties on prestigious Brickell Key in Miami. Jim Scott Architecture collaborated once again with Swire’s sales team to create a truly special condominium environment. KM was brought in as part of this team to build out this space quickly, efficiently, and meticulously, as is Swire’s standard. French Vanilla marble floors, maple woodwork, custom metal & glass finished kitchen and baths were all achieved within 12 weeks time. Swire has continued to retain us for other projects such as the Mandarin Oriental Specialty Suite.
